Yep, you need to compile in SCSI CD support, SCSI emulation, and
possibly generic SCSI support too.
I tried XCDRoast last night. Couldn't be bothered trying to figure out
how to use it to write a data CD.
cdrecord -dev=0,0,0 -speed=8 -data imagefile doesn't take much to
remember :-)
