    A bit of Gtk knowldege is useful. There are a number of tutorials
    around, but I havne't tgot the references around. All Glade does
    is to either provide an XML file with the user interface, or
    produce some code with the user interface. You then fill in the
    gaps with the program logic. It is quite clever :-)
