SuSE has a /proc/config patch that allows the .config file the kernel was
built with to be read. RedHat may now include this egregious hack. Otherwise,
the only way I can think is to download the kernel src.rpm and extract the
.config file. However, because it is so heavily patched it may prove
troublesome to get it working. The general idea is:

1. Get ".config" from kernel src.rpm.
2. Extract vanilla kernel and copy ".config" to it's directory.
3. make oldconfig on the new kernel.
