[Sheflug] The Times

Dear All

I see that The Times has own-goaled itself in the IT department twice
in one week. Surely this is the province of The Sun and other papers
of that sort ?

On Thursday a journalist reported that Linux could only be used
through the command line. Furthermore, the most advanced office suite
was Wordperfect 8. This, he reported, was Red Hat 6.2 !

Today the front page news about yet another Micro$loth break in that
wasn't covered up is so misleading and so full of complete untruths
that I begin to wonder what kind of people The Times is employing just
lately.

I did think that the paper might be more useful as toilet roll in the
bathroom :) But, even that is a bit too much up market for me to
consider just now.

Thanks
