When it happened to me, it was my local net admin's bad. They
restarted the DNS with a bad serial number, and the VUW server quite
correctly refused to accept the updates my DNS was trying to send.
For some reason, VUW was more insistent about keeping the cached
result than most sites. There were only a couple of problem sites.
