 Mmmm. I'll give it a try.

 I'd still like to know why the image isn't being burnt correctly. I tried an
audio track last night, and it worked first time.

 When I put the newly burnt data cd in my drive, the box mounts it, and I get
and error similar to:

 [loads of garbage characters] exists but but not be stat'-ed [other stuff]
