Long time Red Hat lossage. I've seen it several times. I never
figured out why it happens and I don't know how you should fix it; I
fixed it by `mke2fs /dev/sda1' and installing Debian. Looks like you
can probably fix it by putting RH 6.1 on `steel', but I can't promise.
