RE: Pine and sendmail (further news)

if this doesn't work at all sendmail is set up wrong. After sending mail 
from pine to the mail spool, sendmail -q will clear the queue unless there 
is a problem, if it cant talk to the isp server for instance. check 
/var/log/mail, /var/log/messages  and /var/spool/mqueue to see what's 
happening.
