Went down there last week as you requested and found out that they 
wanted all of the stuff that you mention.  However, they didn't give 
me time to do it so I gave it back to you.  I can configure all of 
the stuff they want but it's going to take me a few days to do it.  
They were telling me that they "want it right now".  So, I gave up.
