that'll be SENDMAIL_SMARTHOST="relay.freeonline.co.uk"

SENDMAIL_EXPENSIVE makes sendmail send the mail (!) immediately. OK for open
pipes, demand-dialling (diald etc) which will connect every time there's a
bit of mail to send, hence the "expensive" tag. "Normal" dialup should
use -q to send when a connection is actually present.
